About the Position:
As part of our Regional Planning team in our Emerald Branch, the successful candidate will be responsible for:
* Assisting the planning team with scheduling service requests, customer communication, daily, weekly, monthly tasks and reporting
* System data maintenance- uphold meticulous and accurate records of all maintenance work, service history to preserve client's compliance status.
* Collating and entering ofdata, preparation of reports
* Planning labour resources for execution of maintenance major/minor projects
* Developing internal weekly maintenance plans in conjunction with site clients/contacts and their maintenance plans.
* Working alongside branch supervisors to assess labour requirements for planned maintenance activities/projects.
* Align maintenance plans with client requirements to minimise disruptions
* Ensuring parts have been sourced and ordered in a timely manner prior to planned date to prevent hold ups.
About You:
You will be great at data entry and have a high level of attention for detail. You will also have:
* Some experience within an administration position, preferably in a service environment
* Exceptional attention to detail
* Excellent organisation and time management skills
* Sound knowledge and use of Microsoft Office suite
* Acollaborativeapproach,adhering to company values
* Initiative-taking and a positive 'can do' attitude
* Ability and desire to learn!
