Onboard Passenger Experience Lead Position
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee the onboard passenger experience, fostering satisfaction and service excellence for millions of passengers.
The ideal candidate will possess expertise in communication, problem-solving, empathy, and conflict resolution, with a strong ability to lead and motivate teams.
* Main Responsibilities:
* Foster exceptional passenger experiences as a team leader.
* Support senior team members to deliver outstanding customer service.
* Lead the onboard team, overseeing customer service, train safety, security, operations, and emergency procedures.
Key Requirements:
* Prior experience in leading teams and delivering excellent customer service.
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* Flexibility to work across regional NSW with overnight stays required for some travel routes and rosters.

Location:
Based at Albury Depot, this role requires travel across regional NSW with overnight stays required for some travel routes and rosters.
Roster:
This is a 14-day rotating roster that can include weekends and public holidays.
