Pharmacy Leadership Role
We are seeking an experienced pharmacy professional to fill the position of Pharmacy Manager. In this key leadership role, you will oversee daily pharmacy operations and lead a dedicated team of pharmacists, technicians, and retail staff.
About the Job
This is a full-time position that requires flexibility to work every second Saturday. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Leading and mentoring a team of pharmacy professionals to achieve high standards in patient care and customer satisfaction.
* Driving professional services, community engagement, and store performance to meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
* Managing stock control and ensuring compliance with relevant professional service standards.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
* A current AHPRA registration as a Pharmacist.
* Proven experience in pharmacy management or leadership.
* Strong skills in communication, team development, and workflow management.
* A current Police Check and Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain).
* Vaccination accreditation and a genuine commitment to improving community health.
