Job Opportunity:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrician to join our maintenance team on a rotating shift basis.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the plant and machinery are properly maintained and operating efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Maintenance of Electrical Infrastructure: Inspect, test, and maintain machinery, equipment, electrical and electronic infrastructure in process and packaging areas.
2. Preventive and Predictive Maintenance: Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on electrical and electronic infrastructure and equipment.
3. Breakdown Repairs: Identify faults and perform breakdown repairs to minimise downtime and micro-stops caused by production machinery and equipment.
4. Installation and Commissioning: Install and commission new equipment.
5. Liaising with Contractors and Staff: Coordinate and liaise with contractors and other staff as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Dual instrument/electrical trade or at least electrical trade with instrument experience.
* Full unrestricted and valid QLD Electrical Mechanics' licence.
* Mechanical experience highly regarded.
* Forklift license beneficial.
* Work at Heights and Confined Space Entry licenses (current).
* White card certificate.
* Minimum 5 years post-trade experience in an industrial maintenance environment.
* Experience with SCADA System & PLC controls (Allen Bradley, Siemens).
* Strong problem-solving analytical skills.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Hands-on approach and ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
