THE OPPORTUNITY
An established 2-chair clinic in a growing, affluent and family-oriented Northern Perth suburb is seeking a general dentist to join 3–4 days per week, including alternating Saturdays if possible. The practice sees consistent patient demand and has been operating since 2018 in a prime location near schools, aged care, and a busy medical centre.
You'll be supported by a principal who maintains a full schedule and is available for clinical discussions and mentorship. The practice is family-run with a strong focus on long-term growth and a team-oriented working culture.
You'll be stepping into a well-established role, taking over part of the books of a departing Associate, with a steady stream of patients from day one. At the same time, the practice continues to experience strong growth, creating further opportunity to build your own patient base over time.
The current setup includes iTero, OPG, intraoral cameras, and a full surgical suite, with CBCT installation in the pipeline.
