CASE MANAGER – PERSONAL INJURY – MELBOURNE, VIC About the Role
* Maintaining and improving technical knowledge across all facets of claims management
* Keeping up to date with legislative amendments and their practical application
* Managing claims within delegated authority level whilst reviewing medical and other entitlements in line with our legislation and communicating these outcomes to the relevant stakeholders
* Ensuring that customer service standards are maintained through prompt resolution of enquiries
* Thriving in a fast‐paced environment with tight timeframes: Our claims teams operate in a dynamic and high‐performing setting, requiring adaptability, strong time management skills, and the ability to meet strict deadlines while managing competing priorities effectively.
* Supporting customers with empathy and resilience: You will work closely with individuals facing significant vulnerabilities due to workplace injuries, requiring a compassionate approach and the resilience to navigate challenging and emotionally sensitive situations.
