Housekeeping Professional
We are seeking a detail-oriented Housekeeping Professional to provide high-quality cleaning services to our valued clients in the Rockhampton / Capricorn Coast Region.
* Perform general housekeeping duties, including dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and disinfecting various surfaces within clients' homes.
* Clean and sanitise bathrooms, kitchens, living rooms, bedrooms, and other areas as required.
* Ensure that all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.
* Organise and maintain cleaning supplies and equipment, reporting any maintenance or supply needs to the supervisor.
* Follow established protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe and hygienic environment.
* Communicate effectively with clients and their families, providing exceptional customer service and addressing any specific cleaning preferences or concerns.
Key Responsibilities
* Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and other surfaces
* Vacuum and mop floors, stairs, and other areas
* Deep clean bathrooms and kitchens, including sinks, toilets, showers, bathtubs, and appliances
* Change bed linens, towels, and other personal items
* Provide laundry services, including washing, drying, folding, and ironing
