Global Immigration - Senior Manager
Join EY for the Global Immigration - Senior Manager role. This hybrid position is based in Naarm – Melbourne and offers flexible work arrangements.
Your Key Responsibilities
* Lead complex immigration engagements across sectors, delivering tailored visa strategies to senior executives and global mobility teams.
* Drive business development by identifying market gaps, expanding service offerings, and leveraging cross‑functional relationships.
* Represent EY in high‑impact forums, including government taskforces and industry briefings, while collaborating globally to deliver seamless immigration solutions.
* Mentor and develop high‑performing teams, fostering an inclusive and resilient culture.
Skills and Attributes for Success
* Must be practising Australian lawyer or registered migration agent.
* Need at least 10 years' experience in Australian immigration practice including managing corporate immigration programs at scale.
* Have experience in a corporate (professional services or legal preferred) environment.
