Downer has been awarded the Property and Asset Services (PAS) contract to deliver base and estate services across NSW/ACT and QLD. We are inviting applications to join our permanent workforce in Rockhampton as a Range Supervisor.
What You'll Do
* Supervise range operations and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
* Coordinate scheduling and usage of range facilities.
* Maintain accurate records of range activities and incidents.
* Liaise with Defence personnel to support operational requirements.
* Ensure equipment and infrastructure are maintained to required standards.
What You'll Bring
* Experience in range supervision or similar operational roles.
* Strong understanding of safety and compliance requirements.
* Excellent communication and coordination skills.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
* Experience working with Defence or similar structured environments.
* Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes.
