We're looking for an exceptional leader to join our team as a Senior Hospitality Leader. As the chief host, brand ambassador, experience-creator, and Daymaker of your property, you'll be responsible for leading with presence, visibility, and approachability—especially during peak periods.
As a senior hospitality professional, you will lead a high-performing team culture focused on engagement, development, and retention. You'll also drive revenue growth ahead of market, with a focus on rooms and occupancy.

8. Ensure robust internal controls for financial, stock and security management
9. Interpret and act on budgets, forecasts and P&L reports
10. Build strong relationships with customers, owners, suppliers, community and EVT Group
11. Respond proactively to feedback across digital and in‑person channels
