Overview
Guilford Young College, a Year 11 and 12 Catholic College with campuses in Glenorchy and Hobart, offers a Permanent/Ongoing Position – Part Time (0.82 FTE) for an Administration Officer. Applications close on 17 June 2026.

Responsibilities
* Serve as the first point of contact for the college, delivering reception, administration and office support services.
* Provide excellent customer service in all duties.
* Collaborate with staff and members of the college community to assist students in achieving enhanced learning outcomes.
* Report to the Administration Team Leader and maintain key relationships with the Principal, Deputy Principals, staff, students, parents/guardians, visitors and volunteers.
Qualifications
* Current Working With Vulnerable People registration.
* Experience in administrative roles or related customer‐service positions.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
