Mater Dei College has the opportunity for a full‐time or part‐time, ongoing Education/Teacher Assistant to become an integral part of the College's Learning Support Department, commencing Semester 2, 20th July 2026.
This position can be offered on either a part‐time (4 days per week) or full‐time basis depending upon the successful candidate.

The Education Assistant will be responsible for a variety of tasks within the Learning Support Area that are inclusive of, but not limited to:
* Assisting with the implementation, development and delivery of teaching programs and lesson plans.
* Providing individualised help to students requiring assistance to deliver high‐quality student‐focused learning, particularly to students with Autism and ADHD.
* Observing student performance and recording relevant data to assess progress of students.
* Monitoring students during various activities outside of the classroom including recess, lunch, sports, camps and excursions to ensure their safety and wellbeing.
