Your Role
Key responsibilities include:
* Actively participate in Health, Safety, Environment, Quality, and Sustainability initiatives.
* Apply statistical analysis to identify improvement opportunities.
* Investigate root causes of process failures and implement corrective actions.
* Contribute to the development of the site's manufacturing strategy.
* Benchmark and adopt best practices to enhance systems and processes.
* Utilize the Integrated Asset Management Program and lean operating principles.
* Analyze data to maximize equipment effectiveness and reduce costs.
* Collaborate with planning, procurement, logistics, and sourcing teams.
* Lead and support projects addressing key business needs.
* Collaborate with R&D, Marketing, and Central Engineering for new product industrialization.
* Provide technical support during process troubleshooting.
* Plan, schedule, and monitor engineering projects.
* Ensure compliance with codes, quality standards, and performance specifications.
About You
Candidates should:
* Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical, Mechatronics, Aeronautical, Civil, or Industrial).
* Be a recent graduate with no more than one year of full-time work experience.
* Demonstrate a passion for engineering and solving real-world problems.
* Be practical and hands-on, enjoying field-based work.
* Show interest in Automation Systems and have exposure to continuous improvement methodologies.
* Be comfortable explaining technical concepts to various stakeholders.
* Understand the importance of safety and compliance.
