Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Customer Field Technician to join our team. As a Customer Field Technician, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our network.
You will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining our products and services, working in a variety of environments both internal and external. Your typical day could include any or all of the following functions:
* Installation and repair of nbn products and services
* Maintenance of nbn equipment and infrastructure
* Customer service and support
In this autonomous role, you will have the opportunity to work independently, using your skills and expertise to resolve issues and deliver results.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A strong understanding of communication cabling and electrical principles
* Excellent customer service skills
* The ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* A current and clean driver's license
You will also need to have transferable skills from a communication cabling or electrical background, and be keen to explore a new career in the telco sector.
