Program Coordinator Role
This role empowers LGBTIQA+ young people in Greater Shepparton to thrive by designing and leading workshops, peer support activities, and community engagement opportunities that promote confidence, connection, and a sense of belonging.
* The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating strength-based programs that reflect youth voice and foster inclusive spaces.
* This part-time position is approximately 15.2 hours per week and involves shaping a program that supports participants in strengthening their wellbeing, education, and future pathways.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Design and lead workshops, peer support activities, and community engagement opportunities.
2. Create safe and inclusive spaces for LGBTIQA+ young people.
3. Develop programs that reflect youth voice and promote positive outcomes.
