Main Responsibilities
* Supporting business growth by optimizing service levels, inventory, and profitability
* Driving improvements in Supply Planning and SIOP processes with a customer-centric approach
* Leading digital transformation initiatives to streamline operations and enhance productivity
* Developing replenishment and inventory strategies balancing cash flow, service levels, and cost
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure delivery excellence and customer satisfaction
Requirements
* Tertiary qualification in Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, or equivalent
* APICS or similar industry certification
* Strong analytical skills (Excel, Power Query, Tableau, Alteryx)
* ERP experience (SAP, Kinaxis highly regarded)
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
