**What is Weploy?**:
Weploy is a tech-enabled staffing solution catering exclusively to Customer Service roles through a vetted and experienced community of ready-to-go Talent. We take on the full employment responsibility of all Weployees that are placed at our client sites and will look after them during the period of the assignment. Underpinning our entire process for both Weployees, Clients and our internal teams is an in house developed technology solution that ensures a seamless process for all those involved.
**What is your role?**:
You will join our Growth team who are focused on expanding the Weploy offering to some of the biggest (and smallest) businesses in Australia that have Customer Service Teams.
Every day, you will look to have conversations with a clearly defined set of businesses that we believe have some of the biggest Customer Service teams in Australia and who would benefit from the Weploy offering.
Once a customer has agreed to use Weploy's service, you will hand over the recruitment, coordination and selection parts of the process to our internal Talent team (as well as our technology) who will be responsible for recruiting the role. Your role is to make the introduction of prospects to Weploy and get them to use the service, and we are that confident in our delivery that we are certain they will remain with Weploy in regards to their Customer Service hiring.
An average day will see you contacting stakeholders within businesses as well as going onsite / attending virtual meetings to talk to them around the significant improvements we have made to our technology and processes that allows us to shortlist Customer Service roles in minutes *yes minutes!!!!) rather than days or weeks.
**What ideally will be your background?**:
You have worked within the recruitment space for at least two years and understand the key concepts of the industry.
You will have a proven track record in new business and bringing clients who are looking for recent ways of recruiting into business.
You have a voice and don't mind using it when it comes to making things better. If you see something that can be improved you take action, rather than letting it go.
You know how to use Slack, G-Suite and Hubspot.
