Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced professional to oversee daily field operations and project rollouts for safe, compliant meter installations that align with business objectives.
Your Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the deployment of Field Service Personnel (FSP) under the Legacy Meter Replacement Plan; manage quotas and mitigate potential risks
* Monitor volumes, forecast demand, and align retailer needs with FSP capacity
* Resolve customer and ombudsman escalations promptly and efficiently
* Track and address trends in Utility Trading Charges (UTC) and Unavoidable Trade Allowances (UTA) in real-time
* Develop deployment plans, translating budgets into actionable delivery strategies
* Support technician onboarding and ramp-up for target achievement
* Manage safety escalations and Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) reporting
* Identify and mitigate operational risks; adapt resources as needed
* Promote automation initiatives within field operations
* Provide guidance to supervisors and technicians; resolve in-field issues effectively
* Collaborate with retailers and technical teams for timely project completion
* Validate Field Service claims for invoicing purposes
