The Opportunity We're looking for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our Automotive & Manufacturing division. No recruitment experience is required. This role is ideal for someone who wants to build a career in sales, recruitment, business development, or relationship management. You'll receive direct mentoring from Managing Director Tavis Shearer and learn how to build and manage a successful recruitment desk from the ground up. What You'll Be Doing Sourcing and engaging candidates Building relationships with clients and job seekers Managing recruitment processes from start to finish Learning business development and client management skills Using LinkedIn Recruiter, JobAdder, and recruitment technology Maintaining candidate pipelines and CRM records Developing knowledge of the Automotive and Manufacturing sectors Delivering exceptional service and communication What We're Looking; We're interested in attitude, initiative, and potential.
