What the Role Offers You
This entry-level role is designed for someone looking to build a strong foundation in the insurance and broking industry. You'll receive hands-on training and ongoing support from experienced brokers who are committed to helping you succeed.
You'll assist our team with:
* Processing new business, renewals, endorsements, and claims
* Preparing and sending professional documents to clients and insurers
* Communicating with underwriters and other stakeholders
* Following up on information or documentation from clients and insurers
* Supporting brokers with day-to-day administration and client service tasks
This is a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment where no two days are the same—perfect for someone who's organised, curious, and ready to learn.
What You Bring to the Team
