The Bid Coordinator plays a pivotal role in the preparation, coordination, and delivery of winning tenders and proposals across large-scale infrastructure and resource projects.
Key responsibilities include:
* End-to-end bid process management for EOI, RFT, and tender submissions
* Liaising with project managers, estimators, and subject matter experts to gather content
* Formatting and compiling submission documents using advanced Microsoft Word skills
* Managing and maintaining bid content, templates, and documents in SharePoint
* Ensuring all submission requirements are met and delivered on time
* Supporting broader business development activities including capability statements and client presentations
About the ideal candidate:
* Minimum 2–3 years' experience in a Bid Coordinator or similar role
* Background working with head contractors in the construction, mining, or resources sector
* Advanced Microsoft Word skills – including formatting, styles, and document control
* Solid SharePoint experience – content management and collaboration
* Excellent communication and writing skills
* Exceptional attention to detail and organisational ability
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines
