Drive the change management plan for NAB Customer VoicesEnsure change activities across workstreams (Inner Loops, Outer Loops, Platforms and Insights) are coordinated in what, when and how they deliverEnsure relevant stakeholders (across the program, leadership and organisation) are ready, willing and able to deliver NAB Customer VoicesIdentify change risks, issues and interdependencies across workstreams and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure they are appropriately managed and mitigated

Proven track record delivering large scale change programsStakeholder management and ability to influence outcomesDemonstrated customer 'obsession'Excellent written and verbal communications skills including the ability to shape our communications and engagement strategyFlexible and adaptable
