Drive innovative design in roll forming and deliver high-quality engineering solutions We're looking for an experienced Mechanical Design Engineer with proven roll forming experience to join the team in Meadowbrook.
In this full-time role, you'll take projects from concept through to completion, creating practical, cost-effective designs that meet client requirements and industry standards.

Working closely with production, electrical, fabrication, procurement, and business development teams, you'll play a key role in delivering solutions that align with customer needs and company goals.

Designing and developing roll forming machinery and related equipment Creating detailed 3 D CAD models and drawings (Auto CAD Inventor preferred) Applying FEA and engineering principles to ensure robust, efficient designs Managing projects from concept design through to manufacture and delivery Liaising with production, fabrication, and procurement teams to ensure designs are practical and cost-effective Ensuring compliance with customer requirements, Australian Standards, and internal quality processes Supporting continuous improvement initiatives across design and manufacturing What do you need?
