In this dynamic and fulfilling role, you will proactively seek solutions that benefit both our customers and our business. With the support of our management and team, you will enhance your customer service skills, address issues and escalations, and utilize your problem‐solving abilities to achieve swift and effective outcomes.
What You'll Do:
* Deliver friendly, efficient customer service via phone, email, and internal systems.
* Take ownership of customer inquiries and resolve issues within set timeframes.
* Provide customers with updates on new products and services where relevant.
What You'll Bring:
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Ability to work autonomously while contributing to a small supportive team.
* Proficiency in Microsoft applications and/or cloud‐based CRM systems.
