About the role:As a Systems Analyst, you will provide advice and support for the Queensland Health rostering system - Infor WFM and integrated ERPs including myHR and SAP. Using business and system analysis to provide incident support, identification of system problems and development of workaround to meet service delivery.Your key responsibilities include:Work effectively as part of a dedicated team to ensure the successful and timely resolution of issues for the Health and Hospital Services (HHS) using Infor WFM as their rostering solution.Undertake quality assurance processes to ensure data integrity and compliance status within the system.
