Executive Operations Manager – Profit Share and Future Equity
We are an emerging aged care provider currently progressing through the Support at Home registration process and preparing for significant growth within the aged care sector. Having already completed a substantial portion of the registration requirements, we are seeking an experienced and commercially minded Executive Operations Manager to help lead the business through its establishment, registration, and growth phases.

Position Summary
The Executive Operations Manager will provide strategic and operational leadership across all areas of the business. Working closely with the directors, you will oversee registration completion, compliance, service delivery, workforce management, business development, and ongoing operational performance.
You will play a critical role in building a high-quality aged care provider from the ground up while ensuring compliance with all regulatory and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities Operational Leadership
* Establish and oversee day-to-day business operations.
* Implement systems, processes, and reporting frameworks.
* Monitor operational performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
* Drive continuous quality improvement initiatives.
* Support and lead the completion of the Support at Home registration process.
* Maintain and improve policies, procedures, and operational frameworks.
* Ensure ongoing compliance with aged care legislation, standards, and regulatory requirements.
* Prepare for audits, assessments, and quality reviews.
Service Delivery
* Ensure high-quality care and support services are delivered to clients.
* Oversee care management and service coordination functions.
* Monitor client outcomes, satisfaction, and service quality.
Workforce Management
* Recruit, onboard, and supervise staff and contractors.
* Develop workforce planning and rostering systems.
* Foster a positive, accountable, and high-performing workplace culture.
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
* Current registration as a Registered Nurse (RN) with AHPRA.
* Minimum 5 years' experience in aged care operations, clinical management, or leadership roles.
* Strong knowledge of Home Care Packages, Support at Home, aged care compliance, and quality standards.
* Experience managing audits, regulatory requirements, and continuous quality improvement.
* Proven leadership, workforce management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Strong communication, organisational, and problem‐solving abilities.
* Commercial awareness and the ability to support business growth and operational performance.
* A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality care and services.
