30 hours per fortnight, with set shifts from 08:00 - 13:00 on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.
What you'll be doing:
* Lead and support outreach activities that promote social connection and engagement.
* Assist the Kitchen Supervisor in preparing and serving meals, ensuring a welcoming dining experience.
* Deliver exceptional service with a strong focus on enhancing the client experience.
* Follow individual care plans to meet each client's unique needs and preferences.
* Provide mobility assistance to support safe and comfortable movement.
* Stay attuned to emotional and physical needs, ensuring care is always person‐centred and responsive.
Essential qualifications and skills:
* A genuine passion for supporting people with disability.
* Strong communication skills—both written and verbal.
* Confidence using systems and technology in your daily work.
* NDIS Worker Screening Check and NDIS Orientation Module (or willingness to obtain).
Desirable qualifications and skills:
* Certificate III in Individual Support, Disability, Aged Care, or a related field.
* Current First Aid and CPR certification.
* Experience working in centre‐based settings or with people with disability.
