About the Role Reporting directly to the CFO, this Finance Business Partner role will support commercial decision-making across sales, marketing, and supply chain functions within a fast-paced FMCG environment. The role will focus on pricing, promotions, rebates, margin analysis, forecasting, and reporting, while partnering closely with operational stakeholders to drive business performance and process improvements. Key responsibilities will include:
* Partnering with Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams to provide commercial financial insights
* Managing pricing, rebates, promotional spend, and margin analysis
* Delivering monthly reporting, accruals, variance analysis, and forecasting
* Supporting budgeting and commercial performance reviews
* Developing KPI reporting and driving process improvement initiatives across systems and reporting
To be successful in this role, you will ideally possess:
* CPA/CA qualification or equivalent
* Previous experience within a Commercial Finance, Finance Business Partner, or Senior Analyst role.
* FMCG or fast-paced consumer products experience highly regarded
* Strong analytical capability with the ability to interpret and communicate financial insights to non-finance stakeholders
* A proactive and commercially minded approach with strong stakeholder engagement skills
