Rehabilitation Consultant
About the Role:
This full-time position involves delivering holistic, client-centered services within workplace rehabilitation. You will help injured workers recover at work and achieve independence at home, in the workplace, and in the community.
* Key Responsibilities:
o Early intervention and psychological worksite assessments
o Medical case conferences, stakeholder liaison, and case management services
o Rehabilitation, motivational, and vocational counselling
o Vocational assessments
You will work with clients to enhance their wellbeing and purpose in life, providing a supportive environment for their recovery.
Daily responsibilities include conducting early interventions and psychological worksite assessments, as well as medical case conferences and stakeholder liaison.
As a Rehabilitation Consultant, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on people's lives and provide high-quality services to support their recovery and independence.
Requirements:
* Full or provisional registration with AHPRA or full/associate membership with ASORC/RCAA
* Experience in Occupational Rehabilitation (highly desired but not essential)
* Excellent communication and time management skills
* A proactive attitude and pride in quality work
* Ability to obtain a Working with Children Check and Police Clearance
* Current driver's license and access to a vehicle
* Willingness to learn and positively impact people's lives
