Pullman Magenta Shores is a luxurious 5‐star beachside resort situated just 15 minutes north of Terrigal on the NSW Central Coast. We offer studio guestrooms, villas, luxury beach houses, terraces, and multiple dining options, including Barretts Restaurant, Shallows Casual Dining & Bar, and the seasonal Lagoon Bar. Current Vacancies
* Room Attendant – Dazzle our guests by keeping rooms spotless and paying attention to every detail. Collaborate with your team and take pride in creating a comfortable, welcoming stay for every guest.
* Public Area Cleaner – Keep shared spaces shining while offering a warm, friendly presence to guests throughout the hotel.
* Housekeeping Supervisor – Lead by example, motivate your team, and ensure our high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction are consistently achieved.
* Spa Therapist – Create calming and rejuvenating experiences for our guests through your skill, care and professionalism. Provide personalised treatments that leave lasting impressions of relaxation and wellbeing.
* Food & Beverage Attendant – Provide warm, attentive service and guide guests through memorable dining experiences.
* Food & Beverage Supervisor – Inspire and support your team to deliver seamless service and uphold our high standards of quality and guest satisfaction.
Skills & Experience
* Previous cleaning, housekeeping or supervisory experience (as applicable).
* Adaptability and physical fitness to work across varied areas and environments.
* Team spirit, reliability and flexibility to work weekends and public holidays.
* Diploma or Certificate IV in Beauty Therapy or Massage (for Spa Therapist role).
* Exceptional grooming, presentation and communication skills.
* Strong time management and ability to adapt to guest needs.
* Positive attitude and flexibility to work weekends and late shifts.
* Proven experience in hospitality or customer service.
* Knowledge of food & beverage operations, including table service, bar and coffee skills.
* Leadership experience (for Supervisor role) and team collaboration skills.
* Valid RSA and flexibility to work across varied shifts, weekends and public holidays.
