As a trusted Account Manager at OSW, you'll be responsible for growing and maintaining key client relationships. In this role, you will be a key asset to the sales team, driving revenue and profitability through exceptional account management!
Responsibilities
* Develop and execute account plans to achieve revenue and profit targets
* Proactively engage with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
* Collaborate cross‐functionally with the wider business to deliver excellent customer service
* Maintain accurate records and provide detailed reporting on account activities
* Identify new opportunities for growth and expansion within existing accounts
* Stay up‐to‐date with market trends and competitor activities
Qualifications
* Proven track record in account management or sales, ideally within the B2B or Solar environment
* Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
* Proactive and self‐motivated with a results‐driven mindset
* Proficient in using CRM systems and MS Office suite
* Tertiary qualification in a relevant field (e.g. Business) is highly desirable
