The Change and Release Management Lead is responsible for managing and continuously improving the established Change and Release Management process across the Building and Plumbing Commission (BPC). The role ensures that all technology changes and releases are well-governed, coordinated, and executed efficiently across internal teams, contractors, vendors and Salesforce partners. What we are looking for * Demonstrated experience in managing ICT change and release processes in a complex, multi-vendor or government environment. * Strong knowledge and understanding of public sector ICT governance, risk management, and compliance obligations. * Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to influence and coordinate across technical and non-technical audiences, managing both internal stakeholders and external Vendors. About the BPC The Building & Plumbing Commission (BPC) is Victoria's new regulator for building and plumbing. It brings together the Victorian Building Authority (VBA), Domestic Building Dispute Resolution Victoria (DBDRV), and the domestic building insurance function of the Victorian Managed Insurance Authority (VMIA) into one organisation. Key functions related to building and plumbing regulation will come together under one roof, including registration, inspection and compliance, practitioner discipline, dispute resolution, and domestic building insurance.
