The Role As a Mechanical Supervisor or Superintendent, you’ll lead shutdown and maintenance activities to ensure work is delivered safely, on schedule, and to a high standard. You’ll supervise mechanical inspections and repairs, manage daily planning and work packs, and drive a strong safety culture. This role also focuses on mentoring teams, building stakeholder relationships, and maintaining high performance across diverse scopes. About You

Full Australian working rights and a valid White Card

C-Class Driver’s Licence and relevant trade qualification

Experience with QA/QC processes and HSE compliance

Knowledge of ore processing and shutdown environments (desirable)

Exposure to NPI works (advantageous)

Current WAH, Confined Spaces and Gas Testing certifications

S26 certified or willing to obtain

BHP, FMG or Rio Tinto inductions (desirable)

Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills

Professional, reliable and team-focused attitude
