Who We're Looking For
We're building a dedicated team of loan processing and broker support professionals to work directly with Australian mortgage brokers. If you have hands‐on experience in AU mortgage processing and know your way around Connective Mercury and ApplyOnline, we want to hear from you.
What You'll Be Doing Every Day
* Managing loan files end-to-end — from initial client follow-up through to post-settlement
* Data entry in Mercury CRM and ApplyOnline (NextGen)
* Ordering and tracking property valuations and pricing discount requests via lender portals
* Preparing compliance documents, credit diary notes, and formal approval letters
* Running serviceability calculators and preparing funds-to-complete tables
* Ordering and interpreting Equifax credit reports
* Coordinating discharge forms, solicitor letters, and settlement confirmation emails
* Managing client appointments and follow-up communications
* Post-settlement tasks and client retention activities
You Must Have experience with any of the following
* Connective Mercury CRM — hands‐on experience, not just awareness
* ApplyOnline / NextGen — confident with lodgement and tracking
* Lender portal experience — valuation ordering, pricing requests, discharge forms
* AU mortgage process knowledge — you understand the full journey from pre-submission to settlement
* Income assessment — PAYG (payslips) and self‐employed / company / trust structures
* AEST business hours availability — full‐time, Monday to Friday
* Excellent written and spoken English — you'll communicate directly with brokers and clients
* 2–3 years of experience in Australian mortgage loan processing or broker support
* Solid understanding of residential lending, lender policies, and NCCP compliance
* Comfortable handling multiple loan files simultaneously with strong attention to detail
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Fast internet connection and a professional home office setup
Nice to Have
* Cert IV in Finance & Mortgage Broking
* Experience with Quickli, Simpology, Salestrekker, MyCRM, or Podium
* Exposure to construction loans, SMSF lending, or trust/company income structures
Education
A bachelor's degree in Finance, Banking, Accounting, or a related field is preferred — but not required. We value relevant AU mortgage experience above all else. Non-graduates with 2+ years of hands‐on broker support experience are strongly encouraged to apply.
