The successful candidate will provide timely and accurate advice to customers, assist in resolving enquiries, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our Helpdesk services. Your new role Provide advice and assistance to the helpdesk team in responding to and resolving customer enquiries. Accurately record customer and stakeholder details, issues, feedback, and complaints in relevant systems. Contribute to the ongoing improvement of Helpdesk information systems, practices, documents, and manuals. Distribute publications, brochures, forms, and other technical information to customers, ensuring advice provided is accurate and relevant. What you'll need to succeed Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach. Experience in a helpdesk or customer service environment. Ability to accurately record and manage customer interactions and feedback. Familiarity with technical documentation and the ability to explain content clearly to customers. Proficiency in using CRM or helpdesk systems. What you'll get in return The role is being offered on an initial temporary contract for an immediate start.
