Morson Edge is partnering with a well-established Australian business operating within the commercial HVAC, mechanical services and fire compliance sector.

With a strong reputation across Sydney, the company delivers installation, preventative maintenance, reactive breakdown support and compliance services to a broad portfolio of commercial buildings, hospitality venues, strata properties and facilities clients.

The Role

You will play a key role in keeping day‐to‐day service operations running smoothly, including:

* Coordinating and scheduling technicians across preventative maintenance and reactive works
* Managing job allocations based on urgency, skillset and location
* Acting as a key point of contact for clients and technicians
* Updating client portals and maintaining accurate job records
* Assisting with quotes, invoicing preparation and work order management
* Supporting compliance documentation and service reporting
* Managing technician schedules and daily movements
* Assisting with operational administration and coordination duties
About You
* Highly organised and proactive

* Comfortable working in a fast‐paced office environment
* Able to manage multiple priorities at once
* Professional and client‐focused
* A positive team player with a strong attitude
Experience Required
* Previous experience in a Service Coordinator, Scheduler, Administrator or similar role
* Experience within HVAC, fire, trades, facilities management or building services industries is highly regarded
* Strong computer and administration skills
* Experience managing technicians or service scheduling is advantageous
