St Vincent's Care Services Kew redefines the expectations of residential aged care.At St Vincent’s Care, our Heartprint model ensures compassionate, holistic, person-centred care that empowers residents and fosters a sense of belonging, independence, and cultural respect, creating a life filled with purpose and wellbeing.This is a great opportunity to work closely with another onsite **Clinical Manager** to collaborate, lead the clinical and care team to ensure optimal care and services, helping to create a welcoming, professional and supportive care experience for the residents of St Vincent’s Care Services Kew.You will be a clinically focused, experienced aged care professional, who can engage with your team to coach and mentor, drive continuous improvement, whilst working closely with our experienced Facility Manager to deliver excellence in clinical and person-centred care.
