As one of our Personal Care Assistants (Living Support Partners) you will be part of an experienced, engaged and dedicated team that is committed to creating a welcoming, professional and caring environment for the residents of St Vincent's Care Toowoomba. Qualifications
* Certificate III in Individual Support/Aged Care or similar qualifications essential
* 6 months+ experience in a similar role with residential aged care experience highly regarded
* Excellent customer service and communication skills
* Experience with AutumnCare (or similar software) with ability to maintain excellent records
* Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check (NCCHC)
* NDIS Worker Screening Check will be a requirement of this role
