Margaret River Senior High School Volunteer – Ed Connect Learning Support or Mentoring
Volunteer Role: Volunteering with EdConnect Australia is a meaningful and deeply rewarding way to support young people in your community. Our volunteers assist students throughout the school year in a variety of ways, bringing skills, life experience and a friendly presence into local schools. This enriches students' lives and often provides the stability, encouragement and trusted adult connection that some may be missing.
* Learning Support: Assist in the classroom with reading, numeracy and general learning activities.
* Mentoring: Build a one‐on‐one supportive relationship with a student who may benefit from extra encouragement and connection.
Both roles help boost students' confidence, wellbeing and sense of belonging. EdConnect provides the structure and support to match volunteers with students who will benefit most.
Training and Ongoing Support: EdConnect ensures every volunteer feels prepared, confident and supported. Prior to beginning, you'll receive training tailored to your chosen role. Throughout the volunteering journey, our team remains connected to ensure your experience is positive, impactful and memorable.
