We're looking for experienced IT & Network Support Engineers/Technicians who enjoy hands-on work and flexible schedules.
If you're someone who prefers practical, on-site support tasks instead of a fixed desk job -this could be a perfect fit.
What You'll Do:
* Support onsite L1 & L2 IT/Networking activities
* Provide console access for routers, switches, and firewalls to remote teams
* Handle desktop, server, and rack component installations or replacements (HDDs, etc.)
* Offer user-level technical support and troubleshooting as needed

Your Skill Set:
* Experience in desktop/system administration, customer support, and incident/change management
* Familiar with DHCP, DNS, IP addressing, LAN/WLAN setup, and subnetting
* Comfortable troubleshooting on Windows, Android, and iOS
* Certifications like ITIL or Windows Server Admin are highly valued
