As a Waste Collection Driver, you'll operate heavy rigid vehicles (side lift and rear loader trucks) and related equipment to deliver outstanding waste collection services with a strong focus on customer service and safety.

Location: City of Melville Operations Centre Salary: $82,563.94 to $86,130.76 pro‐rata p.a. (effective 1 July 2026) + 12% Super Employment Type: Permanent, Full Time
What you will be doing
As a Waste Collection Driver, you will be working with a close‐knit team of experienced drivers to undertake a variety of tasks in waste collections (including commercial, litter bins and domestic rubbish, recycling and verge). You will be working to keep our city clean, safe and sustainable.
What We're Looking For
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
* Current HR Driver's Licence with experience operating heavy vehicles
* Strong teamwork skills and a cooperative outlook
* Excellent communication and customer service abilities
* Knowledge of Occupational Safety & Health Standards
