ABOUT THE ROLE
Permanent | Full-Time | Monday–Friday | Hybrid
We are looking for an experienced asset Valuer to join our high performing Valuations & Advisory team based in Altona North, Victoria.
In this role your key responsibilities would include:
* Undertake a broad range of plant & equipment valuations with a continued focus on proving accurate and timely valuations
* Deliver superior customer service and build and maintain long term relationship with valuation clients
* Provide an industry respected valuation service and advice to clients
Regular travel (both regionally and interstate) to meet with clients will be required in this position.
ABOUT YOU
To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following skills and experience:
* Completed an accredited ASA course in Valuations, have an AVAA accreditation or are an API member or API student member in plant and machinery
* Strong understanding of industrial assets including mining, transport, construction, plant and equipment
* Proven track record of conducting asset valuations including good research skills and the ability to access a variety of market information
* Customer focused and able to build strong relationships
* A clear and effective communicator
* Organised with a solution focused approach to work
