$130,658 – $133,835 + 12 % super plus salary packaging.

About the Role
As the DFV and VAN Crisis Service Clinical Coordinator you will provide advanced clinical, strategic and educational leadership across integrated crisis services in rural and regional emergency departments. Your key responsibilities include:
Strengthening frontline capability by training and mentoring health staff in identifying and responding to DFV.
Coordinating consistent pathways for DFV screening, disclosures and crisis responses.
Providing expert consultation on complex cases.
Supporting the implementation of Safer Pathways across the district in partnership with the Integrated DFV and Crisis Service Program Lead.
This role combines leadership, clinical excellence and community partnership, ensuring safety, dignity and recovery for people impacted by violence, abuse and neglect.

About You
Demonstrated leadership experience and high professional judgement.
Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills with strong problem-solving ability.
Degree in Social Work and membership or eligibility with the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW).
