About the role
We are seeking a passionate Team Leader who displays strong leadership qualities and is able to motivate and get the best out of a remote team.
Responsibilities include:
* Monitor calls by consultants for coaching and development purposes
* Review productivity & KPI achievement to ensure all opportunities are captured
* Coordinate with Management to develop strategies to motivate consultants & improve productivity
* Provide support for consultants including troubleshooting and escalations
* Carry out training, provide feedback, and conduct performance reviews
* Carry out admin duties as required
* Develop a cohesive and positive team environment

* Experience managing a sales team in a call centre environment
* Leadership, coaching and mentoring skills
* Highly motivated and KPI-driven
* Ability to work independently, and effectively as part of a team
* Excellent organisational skills & a demonstrated ability to multitask
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Knowledge/experience of the Travel and Tourism Industry would be highly regarding
