Operations Manager
This role presents an exciting opportunity to lead and manage the efficient operation of water storage, distribution, and treatment assets.
* Manage the operations of dams and other assets, as well as flood and emergency management activities in the region.
* Monitor, manage, and report on the operational performance of the distribution systems, ensuring customer service standards are met.
* Lead a team that delivers OPEX and routine maintenance programs within agreed timeframes and budgets, setting priorities for project implementation and ensuring safe completion of scheduled works.
About the Role
This key position requires a strategic thinker with experience in managing water storage, treatment, and distribution infrastructure, as well as operations. The ideal candidate will hold tertiary qualifications in project management, engineering, or business management-based fields, with experience in government or consulting to government.
