Leading Hand - Waste (Landfill)
Level 4 - $107,204.10 per annum (including $20,000 Port Hedland Allowance) + 12% Superannuation

The Role
The Town of Port Hedland is on the lookout for a motivated and experienced Leading Hand - Waste Operations to oversee daily landfill operations and guide a dedicated team of Plant Operator Labourers.
In this hands-on leadership role, you'll ensure safe, efficient, and compliant waste management practices, support recycling and reuse initiatives, and maintain high standards across plant and equipment operations. Your strong leadership, WHS knowledge, and experience in landfill operations will be key to success.
Enjoy the perks of working from 6.30 am to 3.30 pm, Monday to Friday, with a 9-day fortnight roster with the added bonus of accruing a Regular Day Off on either a Friday or Monday.
