Operations Manager – Plumbing
CELOTTI WORKFORCE is seeking an Operations Manager – Plumbing to lead daily operations for a respected Northern Territory contractor based in Tennant Creek, NT. This hands‑on leadership role will see you managing people, plant and client outcomes across residential, community and government works, while driving safety, efficiency and quality across all projects. With strong financial and lifestyle incentives, this is an excellent opportunity for an experienced operations leader to make a long‑term impact in the NT.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee daily operations, workforce scheduling and dispatch.
* Manage supervisors, crews, subcontractors, plant and equipment allocation.
* Ensure quality, safety and compliance standards are consistently met.
* Liaise with clients and stakeholders; resolve issues and variations.
* Support quoting, invoicing and job cost reviews.
* Drive productivity, culture, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Ideal Candidate
* Proven leadership experience in plumbing, hydraulic or building services operations.
* Skilled in scheduling, dispatch, client liaison, quoting and invoicing.
* Strong understanding of remote or regional project delivery (highly regarded).
* Cert IV in Plumbing or relevant trade/industry qualification (preferred).
* Current driver's licence and full Australian working rights.
