At Orro, we’re looking for a sharp, strategic, and commercially driven Portfolio Growth Lead to drive expansion across our full suite of digital infrastructure solutions. With a strong pipeline and existing accounts ready to activate, this role is perfect for someone who can blend new business development with account-based growth, turning warm opportunities into long‑term, high‑value partnerships.

About the Role

Driving Growth Across Orro’s Full Portfolio

Step into a high‑impact growth role focused on expanding Orro’s integrated solutions portfolio—including Cyber Security (SOC, MDR, Cyber Assurance, Consulting), Networking, Cloud and Infrastructure, Unified Communications, and Managed Services. With a strong pipeline and warm accounts ready to activate, your mission is to uncover opportunity, build commercial momentum, and drive revenue growth across the mid‑market QLD region.

Hunting with a Head Start

Bring a new business mindset to existing and prospective clients. You’ll work alongside our inside sales, direct sales, and client engagement teams to identify opportunity, shape compelling value propositions, and co‑create winning proposals. This is about turning warm doors into long‑term partnerships, not just maintaining the status quo.

Building Trusted Commercial Partnerships

Be a strategic partner and face of Orro that clients remember. Your ability to build deep relationships, understand what matters, and align our offerings to client priorities will turn trust into lasting success. You’ll stay engaged beyond the deal to ensure value is realised and growth continues.

Staying Ahead of the Curve

Keep your finger on the pulse of evolving technology, customer pain points, and market shifts across all of Orro’s core offerings. Use that insight to influence conversations and position Orro as the strategic partner clients count on to move their business forward.


What You’ll Bring to the Table

* A degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field (MBA a plus)
* 3+ years of success in technology sales with a strong hunter mindset, ideally in new business development and account growth roles
* Proven ability to activate warm accounts, close complex deals, and deliver revenue growth
* Experience across one or more of Orro’s solution areas including Cyber Security, Networking, Cloud and Infrastructure, Unified Communications, or Managed Services; MSP background highly regarded
* A collaborative and proactive approach, with the ability to align cross‑functional teams and influence stakeholders
* Strategic, commercially minded, and motivated to exceed growth targets
* Willing and able to travel to support client engagement and opportunity development
