About the Role
We are currently seeking an experienced and passionate Store Manager to lead a high-performing boutique team within a premium luxury retail environment.
This position is ideal for a strong leader who thrives in client‐focused environments and enjoys driving team performance, customer experience, and boutique operations while acting as a true brand ambassador.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead, motivate, and develop the boutique team to achieve sales and KPI targets
* Deliver exceptional luxury customer experiences and build long‐term client relationships
* Drive CRM initiatives and clienteling activities to grow repeat business
* Oversee daily boutique operations including rostering, reporting, stock management, and visual merchandising
* Monitor team performance and provide coaching and development support
* Ensure boutique presentation and service standards align with luxury brand expectations
* Manage operational tasks including inventory, compliance, and administration
* Build a positive and collaborative team culture within the boutique
About You
* Previous experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager within luxury or premium retail
* Strong leadership and team development capability
* Passion for luxury fashion, styling, and customer experience
* Proven track record in achieving sales targets and KPIs
* Strong CRM and client relationship management skills
* Professional communication and presentation skills
* Ability to thrive within a fast‐paced luxury retail environment
