We’re looking for someone who already knows the horse racing landscape — whether you’ve worked at a racing club, a wagering company, a syndicate, racing media, or any part of the industry. That’s essential. This role relies on industry knowledge, established networks, and genuine enthusiasm for the sport.
Your job is high-impact: build partnerships, strengthen relationships with trainers, owners, racing clubs and industry stakeholders, and deliver standout experiences for our members. You’ll help turn TurfStar from an app into a true racing community.

Key Responsibilities
Partnerships
* Build, manage, and grow partnerships across racing clubs, wagering operators, trainers, owners, hospitality venues, entertainment brands, and experience providers.
* Negotiate deals that deliver exclusive perks, access, and value to TurfStar members — while driving measurable commercial upside for the business.
* Identify new partnership opportunities and activate them quickly, with a focus on impact, scalability, and revenue potential.
* Maintain strong relationships with industry stakeholders — trainers, owners, clubs, media, and commercial teams — ensuring long‑term value for both TurfStar and our partners.
* Track partnership performance, user engagement, and commercial outcomes to maintain a clear understanding of what’s working and what delivers the most value.
Member Experiences (Perks, Rewards & Experiences)
* Own the delivery of TurfStar’s perks and experiences: race‑day access, VIP events, behind‑the‑scenes moments, bonuses, and rewards — all designed to boost member satisfaction and platform value.
* Be the relationship manager for high‑engagement users (not customer support — purely perks, engagement, and community).
* Turn user insights into better experiences, new reward concepts, and stronger engagement loops that drive retention and repeat activity.
* Shape the TurfStar member community — excitement, connection, and belonging — with clear metrics around engagement, repeat usage, and user sentiment.
* Connect perks and experiences directly to platform activity — such as app logins, referrals, and ongoing engagement — ensuring every initiative delivers clear, measurable impact.
Industry Engagement
* Represent TurfStar at race meetings, events, and partner activations — always with an eye on relationship‑building and commercial opportunity.
* Stay across industry trends, sentiment, and opportunities that can be turned into value for users or revenue for the business.
* Act as our “boots on the ground” across the racing world — constantly opening doors that lead to member perks, brand visibility, and new commercial pathways.

What We're Looking For
* Experience within horse racing, sports wagering, racing clubs, syndicates, bloodstock, racing media, ownership platforms, or racing‑related commercial roles.
* A genuine passion for racing — you follow the sport, understand the culture, and enjoy being part of the industry.
* Strong relationship‑building skills and solid (or developing) networks in the racing world.
* Experience in partnerships, business development, marketing, events, hospitality, or membership/community management.
* A basic understanding of mobile app technology and how partnerships and experiences connect back into a digital platform.
* High organisation, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset.
* A natural communicator — confident on the phone, in person, and at events.
* The ability to work independently, move quickly, and think creatively.
